Sheila has a medical background with experience of working in the NHS and Corporate Business. She is qualified in Shiatsu, Thai massage and Acupuncture and runs a Centre for Wellbeing from Siop Newydd. She is particularly interested in the psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of wellbeing and finds the connection with nature and spirituality down the Llyn inspiring. www.healthmatterscancercare.co.uk

Terry has a background in teaching and education. Since taking early retirement he has developed a keen interest in Welsh history, particularly castles and churches. He has worked for a number of years at Caernarfon Castle organising and conducting guided tours for schools, coach parties, foreign visitors and individual tourists. He also works part time in the Royal Welch Fusiliers Museum.
